Privacy Policy
Who we are
PartUp (partup.ae) operates a classifieds platform for automotive parts in the UAE. This policy explains what personal data we process and why, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What we collect
Sellers: display name, email, WhatsApp number, emirate, and listing content. Browsing does not require an account; we do not collect names, phone numbers or precise locations from buyers.
How your WhatsApp number is used
Your number is stored securely and is only revealed to a buyer when they tap the contact button on your listing. It is never shown in listing pages or feeds and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Analytics
We measure product usage (views, searches, contact clicks) using anonymous identifiers that are not linked to your identity. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention & deletion
You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or via partup.ae/delete-account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, contact details, listings and photos. Anonymous statistics are retained.
Where data lives
Data is hosted with our infrastructure provider on servers outside the UAE with appropriate safeguards, as permitted under the PDPL.
