What PartUp is
PartUp is a classifieds platform that connects private sellers of automotive parts with buyers in the United Arab Emirates. PartUp does not own, inspect, authenticate, certify, guarantee, buy, sell or deliver any listed item, and does not process payments between buyers and sellers.
Your account
Sellers must register with accurate information, including a working WhatsApp number. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Marketplace Rules.
Listings
By publishing a listing you confirm that you own the item or are authorised to sell it, that your description and photos are accurate, and that the item is not prohibited. You are solely responsible for your listings.
Transactions
Buyers and sellers negotiate, meet, pay and hand over items directly between themselves. PartUp is not a party to any transaction and accepts no liability for the condition, authenticity, compatibility, legality or delivery of items.
Paid promotions
Optional paid listing promotions (when available) are PartUp's only commercial service. Standard listings are free.
Liability
PartUp provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, PartUp is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
